Four numbers that answer the questions you actually have
Each score answers one everyday question. Open any of them to see the trend and the detail behind it.

Questions and answers
What does FitRest do?
FitRest reads your Apple Health data and turns it into four daily scores - Recovery, Sleep, Exertion and Stress - plus detailed sleep, heart rate, HRV and workout insights. It runs on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
An Apple Watch gives the most complete picture, because sleep stages, heart rate and HRV come from it. Without one, FitRest still shows the data your iPhone and other apps save to Apple Health, such as steps and logged measurements.
Does FitRest work with other wearables?
FitRest reads Apple Health. If another device or app saves its data to Apple Health, FitRest can use that data too. It does not connect to other services directly.
Do I need to create an account?
No. FitRest has no account system and shows no ads. It reads your data from Apple Health, and app settings sync through your own iCloud account.
Which devices and iOS versions are supported?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later, and Apple Watch with watchOS 10.6 or later. FitRest is available in more than 30 languages.
Does FitRest work on iPhone Duo?
Yes. FitRest runs on any iPhone with iOS 17 or later, including iPhone Duo, and works with your Apple Watch as usual.
Is FitRest a medical device?
No. FitRest is a wellness app. It helps you understand trends in your own data, but it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor about any health concern.
