How do I set up Fit Rest?

Once you download Fit Rest from the App Store, open the app and follow the onboarding process. You'll be guided through connecting to Apple Health and setting up your health goals.

What iOS version is required?

Fit Rest requires iOS 14.0 or later to ensure optimal performance and access to the latest HealthKit features.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

While an Apple Watch enhances the experience with more detailed heart rate and activity tracking, Fit Rest works great with just your iPhone and the Health app.

Health Data & Privacy

How is my health data protected?

Your health data never leaves your device without your explicit permission. We use Apple's HealthKit framework, which keeps all data encrypted and secure on your device.

What health data does Fit Rest access?

Fit Rest can access sleep data, heart rate information, and activity metrics from the Health app. You control exactly which data types you want to share.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Fit Rest allows you to export your health insights and charts. Your raw data is always available through the Apple Health app.

Troubleshooting

Why isn't my data syncing?

Make sure you've granted Fit Rest permission to access Health data in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health. Also ensure that your source apps (like Sleep or Activity apps) are syncing properly with Health.

The app seems slow or crashes

Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, restart your device or reinstall the app. Contact support if problems continue.

I'm not receiving notifications

Check that notifications are enabled for Fit Rest in Settings > Notifications. Also verify that Do Not Disturb isn't blocking health app notifications.
